Side Hustle: Again, Differently
On View: October 16 – November 17, 2025
Location: By Appointment Only | Beverly Hills, CA
The debut exhibition from Side Hustle unfolds within a storied Beverly Hills estate, where the historic pool house has been transformed into an immersive gallery environment. This residence is one of the city’s last great Old-Hollywood landmarks, layered with nearly a century of cinematic and architectural history. Originally built in 1926 for silent-film star Hobart Bosworth, the estate was dramatically reimagined in 1934 by architect James E. Dolena, who transformed the Spanish-style structure into a dazzling Georgian–Hollywood Regency pavilion. From 1969 to 1996, it served as the longtime home of the Broccoli family, the legendary producers behind the James Bond films—adding intrigue to the separate pool house, once used as their private screening room.
Now reactivated as a stage for contemporary art, the space has preserved its identity as both a design landmark and a living piece of Hollywood history. Side Hustle: Again, Differently brings together a global roster of interdisciplinary artists whose works explore repetition, materiality, and memory across sculpture, sound, performance, and design. Open by private appointment through November 17, the exhibition offers an intimate encounter with boundary-pushing contemporary works in a setting reimagined for experimentation and dialogue.
